1. Returns & Refunds All sales on cable wires and specialized orders are final. For other eligible returns, please be advised that we strictly issue Store Credit only. We do not provide refunds back to the original payment method (Cash, Debit, or Credit Card).

2. Shipping & Delivery We offer complimentary delivery for orders exceeding $1,000 CAD, exclusive to the Metro Vancouver Area. Our team strives to fulfill and deliver all orders within a maximum of 48 hours.

3. Pricing & Cancellations We strive for accuracy; however, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or system inaccuracies.
